Hi
Thanks for being a premium member of Geeks on Tour.
Facebook privacy has been in the news lately with Mark Zuckerberg testifying before congress. What does it mean to you? Are there steps you
should take to protect your privacy? Should you delete your Facebook account? We think the #1 thing you should do is to protect the privacy of your friends. Do it now:
- Log in to your Facebook account
- Menu, Settings, Privacy
- Who can see your Friends List?
- Make sure it is NOT Public, make it either Friends, or Just
Me
Watch the video to see exactly what this looks like both on a computer and on mobile devices. Episode 140 shows you how.
As a premium member, you get written notes of the
episode. Here is the printable (pdf file) written class notes for episode 140. You can get the show notes from any other episode on our website, under Weekly Class. If you'd like to download the entire 45 minute video for episode 140 (it's 177MB) for offline viewing, click here.
Questions?
Join us on Thursday for Gabbing with the Geeks. We hold an informal Facebook Live session to discuss our classes. We will review episode 140, but we're open to questions on anything.
