Hi One of the most common questions is how to control the length of time before your phone's screen goes black. Called "Auto-Lock, or
"Screen Timeout" - if this is set to 30 seconds, your screen will go black while you're still trying to do something. There's a setting to control this! Try this now: - iOS - Settings, Display and Brightness, Auto-Lock: choose 1 or 2 minutes
- Android - Settings, Display, Screen Timeout: choose 1 or 2 minutes
