Now that we are living on a cruise ship and find ourselves in many different parts of the world, I need help whenever I’m planning
an online meeting with people who are not on the ship. For example, we often host zoom meetings with our Geeks on Tour premium members. They are all over the world, but mostly in the US and Europe. I want to schedule the meeting where the time is as convenient as possible for all involved. Here’s how I do it with a very easy, free website. Just give it the list of cities involved and it gives you a color-coded table of appropriate times.
