Live from our Residential Cruise Ship. HodgePodge of Tech Tips and Travel Tales

Hi folks,

We've been at sea all week. Tomorrow at showtime, we'll be in port in Honolulu. That's GMT-10, Hawaii time. We have been living on our cruise ship, the Villa Vie Odyssey, for 5 weeks now. We spent the last 8 days at sea. On Sunday we will be in Honolulu and we want to share our travels with you. We also want to teach you some useful tech tips.

In this episode we'll give tips about smart phones and time zones, making custom travel maps, using Live View for walking directions in Google Maps, using VPNs (or not), reading Kindle books on your phone and more ... Plus, we will also show some video of snorkeling with Sea Lions, petting Dolphin, and drinking beer in Mexico - who knew?!🍺😜. Sea Lions, Dolphins, and Beers, OH MY!

While we are living on board (for the next 7 years), our Internet bandwidth will be unpredictable. We still want to do live-streaming shows, but we need to have a backup plan. If our Internet cuts out on us, know that we will still record the episode and it will be available later on our YouTube channel.
