This week's show was all about our 2 new purchases: the WeBoost 4GX RV cellular booster that we bought from TechnoRV.com and the OTRMobile.com Unlimited
AT&T hotspot. We are quite happy with both of them.
We spend most of the show explaining cell boosters, but we start with an important Tip on Google Photos and end with a demonstration of testing your cellular signal's speed with the Ookla Speed test app. You can also test your speed without the app by doing a Google search. Try this now
- To test the speed of your cellular
provider, use your smartphone, with Wi-Fi off
- Do a Google Search for "speed test" - you can use the G-Google app, or any browser to do this.
- Click the button "Run Speed Test"
- You will see a needle move along a speed dial, and you will get resulting numbers for Download speed and Upload speed
- When complete, you will
get a report.
