Last week's episode of the Button Show, Episode 194 was an overview of the redesigned Google Photos app. First of all, there' a new logo. The one on the left is the old logo, the one on the right is the new.
Then the menus are all changed:
- The 3-line menu is gone, options like Settings are now under the Account button in the upper right. Options like Archive and Trash are now under the Library button at the bottom.
- The Albums button is gone, find them now under the Library button
- The Search bar is gone, use the Search button at the bottom
- A new "Map your Photos" features is found on the Search button
