meetings could not be held in person. They found it fast and easy and oh-so-useful. 2 1/2 years later, it is assumed that you know how to participate in a Zoom meeting, but we know there are people who are still ‘newbies’ so here are some of the very basics.

How to take Panorama pictures with your smartphone
|
When you travel, you get so many opportunities for beautiful photos, and, if you have a smartphone you have one of the best cameras ever made. Taking panoramas,
like the photos above is just a simple setting. You don’t need to take multiple photos and “stitch” them like with older cameras. Read this article to find out how we got Jim in the photo twice! (see the photo at the top of this newsletter.)

Making Collages with Google Photos and Picasa
|
|
|
Making a collage using Google Photos is SO easy. You just select the photos, tap the + and choose Collage. It’s done. If you’ve done this in the past however, you’ve been frustrated that you had no control over which photo was placed in which position, or how a photo was cropped to fit the collage.
Those days are over. There is an upgraded collage tool in Google Photos now. It’s only available on the mobile app though – either iPhone or Android, but not computer. |

Blast from past 2005 video: Cut, Copy, PasteAn oldie but a goodie. Even though this video was made 17 years ago and it was on Windows XP - I think it still teaches good stuff! Sure looks funny though. |

One thing I notice is that I don't make tutorial videos this long anymore. It really is good stuff though :-) |
