There are times when you just need to have some words right on the photo. Google Photos app on Android devices has a feature called Markup to do that. The problem is that you need a nice solid background for the text to be readable. The markup tool can take care of that too, if you know how. See the video below. The iPhone version of Google Photos does not have the markup tool so we recommend the free Snapseed app. The second video below shows how to do it.
