Hurricane Irma made September pretty strange. We were at home in Fort Lauderdale, FL when it threatened. Since we also have a home on wheels, we took the escape route and went to stay with friends in Gainesville, when Irma chased us there, we went to Alabama. Our next gig, was in New Orleans so, rather than go all the way back home, we
just went to New Orleans early and had fun! In the end, Fort Lauderdale didn't get hit as hard as many other places. All is well with us. See our September Photo album and our September Blog for lots more photos and stories. We always continue to learn about technology! And, we share it with you on our live weekly class, What Does This Button
Do? By the way, our pictures, Blogs, Web Albums, maps, and videos are all examples of what we teach. You can learn how to plan,
preserve, and share your travels (or your life.) It makes the experience that much more enjoyable to get creative and share pictures, maps, stories, and movies with friends and family. Check out our Learning Library of Tutorial Videos, just go to GeeksOnTour.com and click the menu for Tutorial Videos. There are plenty of free videos in addition to our members-only content to
whet your appetite for learning.

WordPress and Google Photos |
One of the major complaints about Google Photos is that you cannot embed a photo in a website. Google Photos is not an image hosting service. WordPress has figured out a way around this. It takes jumping thru a couple of hoops, but it's a lot better than not being able to do it at all!
